90 Day limited warranty
1) 90-day warranty period expires after 90 days from invoice date
2) A $100.00 deductible per repair order may apply to some warranty claims. If applicable the buyer will pay for repairs costing less than $100.00 and Seller may collect $100.00 deductible from buyer for repairs exceeding the deductible amount.
3) Warranty does not include damage caused by abuse or neglect or from traffic accidents or acts of nature or by theft or vandalism.
4) This warranty is not transferable
5) Transportation expenses, towing, car rental, inconvenience or consequent damages are not covered by this warranty
6) Seller retains the right to repair defects, replace defective parts or refund the purchase price of this vehicle at his discretion
7) All warranty claims must be filed with the seller at his place of business before the end of the warranty period
8) All remedies to this warranty are to be made at the seller's place of business by the seller or by his authorized agents. No exceptions.
9) Items specifically excluded from warranty coverage include:
a) Tires
b) Routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune ups, filter replacement
c) Glass breakage
d) Non o.e.m. accessories such as sunroofs, security systems, keyless entry, audio/.visual equipment (radios, dvd, cd, tape, speaker systems, amplifiers, navigational/GPS systems, etc.)
e) Performance modifications shall void warranty.
